Jeffrey is pre-deceased by his father Edmund, mother Kathleen, and brother Randy.

He is survived by his siblings Kathleen, Robert, George (Colleen), Dodie (Norm), Gladys (Eric), as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Jeffrey's viewing will take place at Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, February 8th at 12:00pm.

A graveside service will be held at Valley View Cemetery in Surrey, BC on Monday, February 28th at 1:00pm.
