George Anthony Hufnagel passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at Surrey, BC at 90 years of age.  He was born in Watson, Saskatchewan on February 7, 1934 to Anthony and Annie Hufnagel.

He and his parents lived in Spalding, Saskatchewan.  He married Phyllis in 1956 and they lived in Spalding until moving to BC in 1958.

George was predeceased by his father, Anthony, in 1955; his mother, Annie, in 1999; 4 half sisters and 6 half brothers.

He leaves to mourn his wife, Phyllis (Vetterl); two daughters, Darlene Shaw and Shelley Neill (Craig); two grandsons, Connor and Braydon, all of  Port Coquitlam, BC, and numerous nieces and nephews.
