Bodil Sorensen, Mor was a caring and loving Mother. She was even more of a partner to her husband for 69 years. She doted on him and he loved her back. She was always there for her children. She leaves behind her husband Vagn Bent Sorensen, son Bjorn Bent Sorensen ( Yu Wen), daughters Jytte Ann Rowley (Jim) and Eileen Sorensen, as well as four Grandchildren and seven Great Grand children.

It was probably in 1966 when we met Bodil Sorensenand her husband Vagn.
Their friendliness and exuberance was so infectious that we became friends immediately.
Just meeting with them and exchanging life experiences soon formed a bond that continued
to this day. Camping and fishing trips, cross country skiing and other activities were so much fun.
More recently just playing board games and having tea on weekend nights, just to be together
were always events to look forward to.
Later, Bodil had her issues with her health, and unfortunately she had to leave us for now.
Grieving is something all her family and friends will now have to deal with as best we can.

Bodil was such a dear soul. She always remembered birthdays and special occasions. She made everyone feel special and will be deeply missed. However you will still have all the beautiful memories you made together.

I will always remember her smiling face as she enjoyed visits with family all around. Sorry for your loss.
