Beverley Maye Anne Budden, born April 26, 1937 peacefully passed on September 22, 2023 at the age of 86. She resided in White Rock, B.C. after losing her husband Harold Budden.
Beverley was a devoted mother to her only children Jim and Katrina. Truly a loving, kind hearted lady who's smile was sweet, like her, always bringing laughter, joy, and happiness to those around. Many of the things Beverley enjoyed was music, T.V., singing, dancing, bowling and playing bingo or cards with friends. Our mom was the best cook and baker of pies and desserts. The time of year she loved was fall, when the tree's leaves changed colors. Loving birds, her favorite being the "Hummingbird", and butterflies would land on her hand, naturally drawn to such a gentle soul.
Sacrificing for others, a strong lady, and there when we needed her guidance and support. The true "Highlight" of Bev's life was being a Grandmother to her only grandson Kaden. With a special place in our hearts, she will be forever missed by family and friends.
Predeceased by: Mother, Elsie Stafford, Father, Bill Smith, her sister Gloria Lawson, brother Bill Smith and her Husband, Harold Budden
Left Behind: Son, Jim Bell and daughter, Katrina Budden, Grandson, Kaden and her son in law, Mike Frank

I had the privilege of being one of Bev’s community health nurses I always was pleased when I saw that I had her as one of my patients for the day as she was such a lovely positive person .
She had a special way of making everyone who came her way of feeling special. She genuinely cares about others before herself. Always asking about my family and the other nurses
She absolutely adored her handsome grandson Kaden and I will agree with her he’s a pretty special young man.
Sending condolences and love to the family. I’ll miss you Bev and thank-you for your love and kindness to so many.
